This hotel is great need of hospitality and room staff, especially on a Sunday. Be prepared for a wait if you check-in lunchtime on a Sunday: the Manager was doubling-up as Restaurant-Bookings person as well as Reception, etc. After the hotel made an error for our reservation, having booked us for a Saturday night instead of Sunday night, we discovered... On a very cold Saturday night, we called in to have a drink by the fire. The food being delivered to customers looked so good, we decided to have dinner there. Hubby had the roast of the day (beef) and I had the chicken carbonara pasta. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals, in fact mine was the best carbonara I have... More

Centrally located in Blackheath with plenty of parking. Room was great value for money and ideal for one night - I.e. Tiny double room but cheap. Bathroom was large in relation to room, we ended up putting suitcase in bathroom as more space. Had a lovely balcony. Downside of this was that we were on main road, and room had... More

You want be disappointed .. Really good quality meals, very reasonably priced. Service was prompt and pleasant. Would highly recommended this if your travelling through or staying the night before visiting the Blue Mountains.

Thank you to Malcolm and the team at Gardner's Inn for making us feel so welcome. This hotel has old world charm combined with friendly service, a fantastic menu and good accommodation. It is close to all Blue Mountains attractions.

Great to be able to get off the train from Sydney and walk across the road to our accommodation. Room was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable. Nice place to stay and great to have the bar and restaurant to access as well.

We had the five person room which was a bit on the small side for five people. The ensuite was nicely renovated though it needs an extractor fan and the shower leaked. The main flaw was the size of the ensuite which is a bit of a tight fit. The beds were comfortable and there was a TV plus tea... More

This experience was absolutely horrible. We came to this restaurant, happy to order some dinner. We found our seats as there was nobody to seat us, but that would be no problem. After 15/20 minutes sitting I started to search around for menu, as nobody did bring us one. Then we finally got idea what they have and made a... More
