Easy check in and check out, room lovely and clean, toiletries, tea and coffee facilities with biscuits in glass jars being a nice touch. Bed was lovely and comfortable and we got a good nights sleep. Location is perfect, nice walk along seafront, shops and restaurants around the corner. Free street parking . Would diffidently stay here again

Thank you Guy's. Just checked in with your guidance..... got to an amazing room for the money with total ease.....perfect after a 200 mile drive!!!! The room is amazing and every attention to detail knocks the spots off many Hotels I've stayed in. Love the fittings, the decor and the furniture. This is a Business Model to take away and...

The rooms are situated opposite a large pond, Freedom Leisure Centre and cinema. There is ample parking outside. The building is lovely and although there was nobody there to greet us, on entering the building, it was well lit, warm and welcoming. We stayed in room 7 which was up three flights of stairs (no lift). The room was spacious...

Lovely roomy room, stylish and very clean, with everything you could possibly want. Locksafe check in, so very easy. Strangely. although the service was so impersonal, the whole place felt like it had come from one person's hand - so it also felt like you were just visiting particularly hospitable friends.

The bonus was the balcony facing the sea. The room was luxurious with many unique touches. Added bonus we met the hosts two gorgeous dogs who were quiet and well behaved. We had no problem parking or finding an eatery nearby.

We had a room with a courtyard view which was brilliant - bed was incredibly comfy, shower and bathroom facilities were good, and we were given tea-cakes, popcorn, crisps, sweets as well as the usual tea/coffee which was a nice treat. It would have been the absolute perfect stay, except for the really loud floorboards from above. We could hear...

It had a lovely big bed and toiletries in the shower room. The balcony had a bistro set of chairs and table to sit out atand overlooked the boating lake. It was only a short walk from the...

Every room in this superb guesthouse is furnished and maintained to a very high standard. Big rooms, big beds, spotlessly clean. Good location right next to a long beach with the town and restaraunts close by. I love this house and stay here on a regular basis for business. A professionally run outfit in every detail.

Although the room was clean, it was located in the basement and too small for a double room. The room was very dated... Like being back in the 1970s, with a broken sideboard and dated decor. The bathroom caused many issues as the wash basin was too small causing water to splash and was too small for appropriate use, the...
