We had a most wonderful day last Saturday for the wedding of our son and his wife. The staff were exceptionally helpful and could not do enough for us. Wai, the head waiter, the Hotel Manager, Natasha and Sophie attended to our every need. I would strongly recommend this hotel as a venue for weddings. Our overnight stay in the...

The communal area as are the rooms are spotlessly clean .our dinner was as good as I have had anywhere so no complaints there. Only a couple of niggles that could be ironed out immediately one being the breakfast which was cold just like the coffee . Another there was alot of new staff not their fault but were left...

Booked an overnight stay at this hotel with friends. We pulled into a large car park at the front of the hotel. Check in was swift. Rooms were up a small flight of stairs. Our room (26) was at the top of the stairs. Rooms were clean and tidy . Bathroom clean with large shower. Plenty of hot water and...

I have visited many times previously and enjoyed the experience. This time was a different story! I was put in a "crumby" first floor room(previously in a ground floor room, which are a lot better). The standard pot of coffee served was very poor and lukewarm. The golf course was in poor condition, especially the greens. Despite the fact that...

From the outside and on entrance, this place has potential. Has a very modern reception dining bar area and the reception staff were friendly every time we needed anything. However the rooms themselves whilst clean are basic but you get what you pay for. We booked a cheap deal via secret escapes which was £59 a night and i certainly...

Having spent the weekend at the resort is think the best way is to bullet point all the positives and any negatives during the course of our stay. Our stay included 2 nights dinner B&B with 4 rounds of golf. The golf club is attached to the hotel which a bonus. Hotel plus points • Arrived at the hotel and...

We stayed here last week and received a nice warm welcome. The reception, bar and dining areas are very modern and smart and give a good impression. The bedrooms are however a lot more basic, rather like travel lodge of the 1980s. Very basic but comfortable with a good shower once it got going. We ate in the bar and...

Had a one night stop over in a business trip. Nice welcome at reception. Swift check in. Had two trips to room as key card would not work. Ended up swapping rooms, which worked out ok. Had a decent meal in restaraunt, not too pricey either. Set in nice grounds and a good location for me. Would return.

A basic facility, nothing desperately wrong and nothing very good. The Golf course was OK, not well presented, and dull for the 1st nine, 2nd nine was more interesting. Rooms were OK, but furniture was very basic. Food was OK, nothing to write home about.
