Ok. Having read the reviews about the Longshoot I didn't know what to expect. I am very pleasantly surprised. My review is based on the hotel being a mid budget place to stay and for its niche it's excellent. My room, 18, is very clean and comfortable. Only complaint is that the bathroom is tired, nothing a good clean, some...

Stayed for two nights as friends were getting married nearby. First impressions were shocking. As my fiancée and I drove in we both commented that it was like a scene from CSI! The room wasn't much better and the condition of the bed gave the impression that comfort had been a complete after thought. To set the tone of a...

We stayed for 1 night and was quite glad it wasn't for longer! The accommodation was tired and looked like butlins chalets from the 70's! The room was clean-ish, but there was either salt or sugar sprinkled all over the dresser, and someone else's empty drink carton in the bin! The internet was patchy, the food in the restaurant was...

Have stayed at the Longshoot on two occasions whilst working in the area- once for a week and the second time for 3 weeks. If you are expecting the Hilton then you will be disappointed but for a budget hotel the accommodation is clean and warm albeit a bit dated. All in all I was satisfied with my stay and...

Ideally situated on watling street, A5, at the nuneaton junction, this is an economical motel style accommodation.Rooms are functional, decor maybe a little dated, and stairs to climb if on First floor. Buffet style breakfast is in adjoining pub, and is fine. Can't complain at £42 for twin room with breakfast

Having been a regular visitor to the Longshoot since 2014, I have certainly seen some significant improvements. Many of the rooms have now had a much needed refresh - including new TVs and new beds. Some rooms are still very tired but at £26 per night, nobody can expect 5 star service at such prices. The housekeeping staff do an...
