Just off the M42 this B&B was really simple to find. We stayed in a little chalet type building away from the main house and found it very pleasant. It was lovely and warm with tea and coffee making facilities, lovely modern solid built furniture, a good sized TV, free WiFi and a nice bathroom. Ruth was very welcoming and...

Stayed for one night in a very cosy room. There were tea/coffee making facilities, a good bathroom and a comfy bed! The cooked breakfast in the morning was fab and there was also a lovely selection of cereals, fruit and yoghurts. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Clean and functional with a nicely-cooked full English breakfast. We were in the one-storey annexe, from where the rooms open out straight into the (good-sized) car park in the style of a U.S. motel. Our ensuite twin room was equipped with a selection of drinks and biscuits plus toiletries. There was a good-sized TV (mercifully not perched high up on...

A group of us golfing in the area stayed here and it was a very good decision. There is a block of 4 rooms away from the main building and we stayed there and there was everything you could wish for. I would recommend room 7 as it's on the end, but I'm sure all rooms equally good. This place...

Just needed an overnight stay and breakfast while visiting friends in Solihull - Rose cottage was perfect at a very manageable price. Room was outside the main building , recently re-furbished, en suite bathroom. Breakfast was excellent and landlady was prepared to vary her normal serving hours to meet our requirements. Would definitely go again.

This is an amazing BnB to stay at. Prefect location close to shops but yet out of the way. The lady who runs it is absolutely lovely. She cooks breakfast in the morning for you and nothing is a drama she even did my washing. The rooms r spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. I highly recommend it to...

A conveniently located B & B, with safe off-street parking. We stayed in a room in the annex and breakfast was served in the main house. The room with ensuite shower was exceedingly comfortable and clean, and lacked for nothing. There was a wide choice for breakfast, including juice, cereal, yoghurt, fresh fruit and a full English hot breakfast, with...

Wonderful place to stay. Breakfast was cooked to order and excellent quality produce. Very comfortable room with all facilities you would expect. I think this is underpriced and would be happy to pay more..

Three of us stayed at Rose Cottage for one night on a walking trek from Stratford upon Avon to Birmingham along the canal. It really was a very welcome and comfortable sight after a 17 mile walk! Great breakfast that made it even more difficult to get going on the final 13 miles! Great value, comfy bed and lovely breakfast...
