1 night only. Good location for the NEC without being right on top of it. Very quiet with no traffic noise. Miniscual room. Tiny bed so if your longer than 5' dangle out time. Everything for one night but really no longer. Who designed the bathroom? Tiny Tim. Unable to get to the soap dispenser without going under the water....

Arrived at 6:30 to be told at check in that the restaurant was not open that evening. Receptionists best recommendation was a fish and chip shop down the road. (I ignored this and went the Fleur De Lys which I would highly recommend). Room was small but just about adequate for a single night. Breakfast was awful. Ingredients for the...

I arrived after a very long day and very hungry to be told there was no chef and they would not provide any food. The chippy across the road was the receptionists totally disinterested and uncaring comment. The room to be fair is described as "cosy" but I judge a room and I stay at many by whether there is...

Stayed overnight with my wife and managed to book a compact double room with en-suite for a great price. The room and bathroom were both acceptable for just one night, but would feel a bit cramped for any longer. Bedroom had all that we needed - TV, double bed, desk area, etc., but lacked space to move about etc., but...

Rooms are beyond tiny, think about the smallest room you've been offered on a company trip then think about sharing that experience with your other half. Honestly, the shower room ( note the use of words this is not a bathroom ) door cannot be opened without hitting the bed. Then we dare to want a drink after midnight, nope...not...

I booked a suite for 2 nights for my son and his girlfriend as a 21st birthday gift. The suite itself was nice but they had pushed 2 single beds together, with different sized hard mattresses which kept separating. The panel over the bath didn't fit so when you had a shower, the water went everywhere. The food was okay...

Stayed for one night as I had a party nearby. Saw a good deal online but site crashed whilst booking whilst my friend managed to book her room! When I managed to get back in the price had increased by £30! Called the hotel who honoured the offer price for which I was grateful. Onsite parking which was good, was...

I stayed here as I had a business meeting in Redditch. From the outside the hotel looks quite modern as does reception. The receptionist was pleasant but when I went to my room it was very small, I had seen reviews that said they were small but you would struggle with two people in there. The room faced the road,...
