We visited for a friends birthday party and were put in a superior suite with an extra sofa bad for my son... this was in the annexe but presented no problems for us. The room was clean but the bathroom had mould on the ceiling and the door was rotting where the hook had been pulled out. The shower in...

We came here for Sunday lunch service was excellent but food not I was expecting pate to be homemade but clearly wasn't it was artificial and bland very disappointing Although main course was good we decided not to have dessert so cannot comment on them, the hotel itself could do with a bit more care and attention to cleaning lots...

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times, all for business meetings. The hotel is a fantastic venue for small to medium sized meetings. The lunches we've received have been better than any I've had in other hotels for similar meetings (usually just stale and boring sandwiches). The cake and scones with cream and jam are always a winner. Dinner...

We had a fantastic family Sunday lunch in the Oak Rooms at Nailcote Hall. The food is of the highest quality and although it is a high end establishment (particularly in the Oak rooms) they still cater for children. What we really enjoy apart from the fantastic location, is the attention to detail and the old school service.

Beautiful setting.Very friendly and attentive staff. The most comfortable bed in the world, I just melted in to it and had a very restful night. We didn't have time to check out the leisure center as the beds were too comfy. There was 2 functions on the night we stayed but they didn't have any impact on our stay. We...

It's easy to miss the turning in but when you do it's a relatively small drive down to this beautiful old Tudor hotel..... The conference facilities are in a relatively modern annex building alongside and meeting rooms down some steep steps. Refreshments and meals were served in the atrium which is bright and pleasant, food good. My bedroom was on...

Stayed here for a company sales conference in January 2017. Lovely hotel, in a very quiet area. Staff were excellent, buffet lunch was excellent, dinner was excellent. Did feel sorry for the poor night porter for putting up with some of us in the bar until 5:30am though. Would definitely recommend this place. I would definitely go back.

Took my wife and two friends for lunch. We've been a few times before and never been disappointed, however this visit was not quite up to par. Nailcote hall is a lovely place and the restaurant is elegant and warming. Although the restaurant was only a quarter full the service was slow and the food a bit ordinary. This is...

Lovely hotel set in nice grounds. Very comfortable rooms and high quality dining for evening meals and breakfasts. Stayed there for a reunion and the service was extremely good. Several delegates used the golf course and said it was also very good
