I stayed here whilst working in Surbiton, very hand to get to the office which is on the Portsmouth Road as it is accessible without taking on the mighty oneway system of Kingston Upon Thames. The staff were lovely and very friendly, nothing was too much trouble and I had absolutely no issues at all. Slight downer was parking, one...

we were lucky to get one of the spaces outside the pub/hotel for the 1 night we stayed which was free with the card the hotel gave us. We were welcomed by a lady that didn't seem to interested in helping and we were left to find our 2 rooms alone . Check out was difficult to find any one,...

Second time we've visited this place for lunch when at Hampton Court (last time was 4 years ago). The pies are really good, service was friendly and quick, and all at a very fair price. Will definitely return.

First blistering hot day of the year and everyone was out. Buzzing. Stopped for lunch then back again later in the afternoon for dessert! Vegetarian burger was very tasty. No icecream left come mid afternoon but I had overheard a number of establishments had been caught out by demand, probably because of the amazing weather. (The weather had been correctly...

Warm, friendly welcome and a delicious Sunday lunch. Avoid the tourist traps opposite Hampton court palace and walk around the corner to come here instead. Proper pub grub in a relaxed atmosphere. There is seating outside but it's in the shade in the afternoon which is a shame. Quirky old building too.

We stayed in the Tudor Rose suite in this hotel for one night at the beginning of April. On arrival we were pleasantly surprised by how quaint and homely the pub part of the the hotel felt and were not disappointed when we ventured up to our room. The room was spacious, very comfortable and well equipped with everything we...

I popped into the Kings Arms for a couple of pints of Guinness and a chicken and ham pie for lunch today. The beer was really well kept and my lunch was very tasty. I couldn't fault this place. If you want to drink in a typical English pub, visit beautiful Hampton Court and sample proper beer then this is...

Yes this hotel is a bit tired, but it is a very old building. Everywhere in the hotel was lovely and warm with plenty of hot water. Bed very clean and so comfy plus all the toiletries you need in the bathroom with lovely white fluffy towels. Staff great and very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent, freshly cooked and...

Stayed at the 300 year old Lion Inn for 2 nights in the Henry Tudor room: very atmospheric but noise from traffic continuous recommend ear-plugs if staying at the front roadside of the Inn. The Lion Inn backs onto the Hampton Court Maze and short walk to the Palace through lovely gardens. Across the road is Bushy Park (largest of...

Room No.3 which overlooked an entrance to Bushey Park. A treat for my husband's birthday. A nice room with a really comfy bed for a great nights sleep, Ladies make sure you take a hairdrier with an extra long lead as the one supplied does not extend to viewing in a mirror, other than that all was good. Five of...
