Stayed one night on coach trip. The first thing you notice is the smell, reminiscent of the worst kind of nursing homes. Room was shabby, curtains old and dirty with holes in, a toe nail on the floor, bathroom looked grotty, the bath mat was old, damp patch on ceiling, the bedside lamp had a large burn Mark and looked...

£20, that's all this hotel was per night. OK, it's not a Premier Inn £19 per night booking, I was lucky enough to be in their "Leisure Club" wing which was quite spacious and a little quieter then some of the other rooms I overheard the guests tallking about. The shower, once you have mastered your safe-cracking skills wasn't too...

How is this hotel still running? It needs to be quarantined. Paper thin walls, Rooms are tiny, Decor very dated / dirty Bath rooms are filthy with leaky taps. Beds were solid. Staff are rude It didn't help that a fight broke out at midnight right outside our door by 4 young drunk lads. They also tried to charge us...

Nice relaxing place to stay before flying out of Gatwick. Rooms clean though a little small. Dinner is a carvery which was fine with several choices. Staff very helpful. All in all good value for money.

My friend and I spent the night here and were booked in on a room only and park deal. The car parking was almost full and I spent some time trying to find a space. Signage was limited. I did however manage to find a space which meant not much walking, which was great, as dragging a full suitcase over...

We stayed here (myself & husband and our 14 year old daughter) on 31 March prior to an early flight the following morning. We chose the Meet and Greet package. As far as the hotel goes, yes it is in need of a bit of an update, but our room was fine. Reading reviews about the bar, I would agree...

We stayed at Russ Hill on the night of the 9/10 of April 2013 as we were using Gatwick Airport on the 10th April. I found that the car parking was good as we had booked a fifteen night parking package. The reception desk was well operated, and the coach transfer system for the next morning was fully explained. This...

With a chain you do expect a minimum standard. That's exactly what we got a minimum standard. We stayed twice (both times already booked in advance) prior to and after a flight from Gatwick. The first room we stayed in had a spongy floor just in the shared lobby with the adjacent room. It felt like someone is going to...
