Having read the reviews all I can say is this, if you want luxury DO NOT stay here. This hotel is ideal if you have an early flight the next day and want somewhere to get your head down and park your car for half the price of Gatwick. Our room was clean and fit for purpose i.e. to get... More

Starting off from Blackpool, the coach picks up at Preston and Blackburn on route and normally Bolton but on this occasion we picked up a group of school children and teachers from the Broadfield School at Oswaldtwistle . The group were entertaining, extremely well behaved and a joy for company . Full credit to the school . We arrived eventually early... More

Absolutely awful experience! Me and my husband chose to stay here with airport parking for 2 weeks. On the pictures the hotel looks nice, clean and modern. I wish I had read reviews before we booked as upon arrival, it was nothing what we expected. The member of staff was sat in a chair at the desk - ASLEEP!!! When... More

Know exactly what you need when flying from Gatwick. Arranging taxis, early morning call etc. . Good food comfortable rooms very clean and very reasonably priced. All in all just what is required. Would definitely use again

This hotel is the most disgusting place i have ever stayed on a National Holiday break, to say it was a London /Windsor break we atleast thought it would be a London based hotel, not so,it was Gatwick,in the middle of nowhere,22 miles from Brighton, anyway getting back to the hotel,On checking in we went to our room, talk about dirty,... Couldn't fault the price, the food wasn't to mine or my boyfriends taste but i couldn't complain as the staff were lovely and helpful and always greeted me good morning and have a nice day. My room was lovely and clean and was always cleaned after I had been out for the day with fresh bedding and towels. Thanks for... More

horrible cold and dated hotel, in dire need of refurbishment, staff are rude. The dinner is inedible slop, They really need to invest some money into the hotel, repair and redecorate it, it's like faulty towers.

This used to be a very grand hotel, the reception and lounges still show the signs of grandure but very tired. We stayed for one night with parking for Gatwick, on return the car was covered with twigs, leaves and sap so try not to park under a tree! Room was small and basic but very clean and appeared to... Quite an impressive building, but the food is absolutely dreadful and the bar staff are rude and seem to hate their lives and everyone around them. Cold rooms, terrible noise of planes throughout the night. I mean, Yes it's a budget hotel, I think, and it was a one night stay before flying to Mauritius but good God, nothing kills... More

Room was very small in an old and dated building. No phone in room so had to run to reception if I needed the slightest thing. Restaurant in hotel was poor too. Air conditioning did not work. Many other hotels offer basic standard amenities for much cheaper. Not much good to say here other than I did have a roof... More
