We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay last week. As Club members we were treated to a complementary upgrade to the Honeymoon Suite and given a bottle of wine to enjoy. A lovely touch and much appreciated. Thank you, great staff and great service!

Staying for a wedding anniversary lunch. We were able to check in early, thanks to the staff putting themselves out. Our lunch was excellent, and the service and the staff throughout were first class. Lots of brownie points all round from us.

I have stayed before at this hotel and know that the staff are friendly, the food in the restaurant is excellent and the spa package offers good value for money. On this occasion, we did have some difficulties in ordering food and drinks from the bar for lunch, with long waiting times and ham appearing in my vegetarian friend's food....

We stayed at this hotel for one night only as we were attending a family wedding. We received first class service from beginning to end. The wedding was perfect, the food was excellent and the staff were superb. The registrar was lovely and the master of ceremonies (I believe his name was Chris) made sure that everything ran smoothly. The front of the hotels is beautiful, however, the room we stayed in was in a new block so could have been a Travelodge. In fact, our room was smaller than a Travelodge and in need of some refurbishment. We stayed there with friends and in their room, the toilet didn’t flush. A lady came and had to show them...

Had a lovely stay. Room was a little tired but the wonderful service made up for it. Was well looked after by George. Will be recommending to friends. The bar lunch was delicious and all very reasonably priced.

My wife and daughter went for an overnight spa stay as a treat. They had evening meal, breakfast and booked in for some treatments as well. Overall feedback was of an extremely relaxing stay in superbly clean and well ordered hotel. The staff were very attentive and friendly and maintained this despite the fact that there was a large wedding...

Book a stay at Frimley and you'll not be disappointed. We arrived after a busy day at Legoland with our two children. The staff were both friendly and attentive and responded positively to our numerous requests. We were particularly impressed with Nicole on reception who couldn't have been more helpful - such a lovely lady. If she lived in Devon...
