Stayed for one night, Three people at check in desk one sorted us out politely but the other two were talking to each other with an odd swear word!! So not very professional!!! Went to our room, number 128, which was nice and clean and a good size, nice comfy bed and a nice clean bathroom, tea and coffee in...

As stated in my title the value as usual is great. Comfort was perfect. Staff were friendly enough. All in all nice hotel with attached beefeater. What more can you want. The place was clean and staff were happy to supply what they could. In room facilities were good with ur usual tea and coffee. Only one thing really needs...

We needed a place to stay...someplace easy and cheap. Premier Inn was perfect. Room: In a word...tiny. But in fairness we were offered a larger room and declined. The room was neat, clean, well-appointed for the price, but tiny. Guests needing more space should inquire. Ambiance: In a word...efficient. This is a low cost travellers hotel. Do not expect fancy....

Just back this evening from a 1 night stay . We had never stayed in a premier inn before , but due to the location as we were attending a celebration party at the local golf course we decided to stay there. Upon arrival we were welcomed at the Reception signed in & went off to our room . Firstly...

I am a regular visitor and generally spend 2/4 nights per month here. It is one of the older premises owned by the chain and that sometimes means a bit of a hike over several levels. Price can be quite variable as sometimes - such as Ascot races - they are completely full. Well worth making an early booking/ It...

Good Beefeater restaurant with helpful polite staff. Rooms usual premier inn standard very clean. Reception staff on this visit were not particularly helpful or interested. Which is unusual for premier inn staff. Decent size car park, close to major roads easy to find. Fab garden centre just down then road.

Staying here for the second time to take in the Ascot racing. Whilst the adjoining beefeater bar and restaurant is very good as it was the last time we stayed, this time we were in room 127 from where I am writing this review. At 6am both mornings we have been woken by singing kitchen staff who have then made...

Stayed in room 121 which looks out onto a roof with an extremely noisy air con unit on it. Very difficult to sleep. Hotel is tired but the room is clean. Have stayed here before in a better room at the front of the building hence the mixed reviews I suppose.
