There are 2 accommodation blocks. AVOID the one on the restaurant side if at all possible. All of the rooms on that side are affected by disgusting drain/sewerage smells. My first room did not have a properly cleaned toilet either. What appeared to be the remains of a previous visitor's diarrhoea. And no phone number is given for the hotel...

Room was clean comfortable and although near to a very busy road, not much noise at all. All the staff from reception to restaurant went out of their way to be friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. There was plenty to choose from food wise and the breakfast was great choice of pancakes, toast fresh fruit full fry...

very good premeir would recommend, reception staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms to usual hight standard of premier inns. The restuarant was very nice, food was excellent. Breakfast is buffet style, which i'm not a lover off but will cook eggs of your choice if required. This premier is beside a busy road and garage but did not disturb me...

We stayed here for two nights whilst visiting Alton Towers. The rooms are fine and the usual Premier Inn standard. The staff in the Premier Inn were lovely - perhaps they could train some of the staff in the Water Bridge where the food is served!! As another reviewer has already commented the older waitress was appalling, shouting and snapping...

We booked 4 rooms to stay for 2 nights while we were visiting 'Alton Towers'. The hotel was very close so we didn't have far to travel. Apart from 3 of our rooms not being ready on time and having to wait for half an hour, everything else was fantastic. The rooms were clean, comfortable and great value for money....
