Stayed at the Premiere Inn Uttoexter for 2 nights and ate at the joined restaurant Table Table. The hotel was great! Clean, comfy and warm perfect after traveling. Checking in was quick and easy with a receptionist informing us on all the necessary and answering our questions with clarity. We stayed in a family room and was impressed with the size of the room and the cleanliness of the room including the bathroom. The staff at the restaurant Table table really did make our trip a memorable one. The lady with black hair tied into a ponytail made a brilliant and professional impression on the whole family. We were there to celebrate our daughters birthday and had our table decorated with balloons, banners and party bags. This was such a surprise and was greatly appreciated. Breakfast was perfect, plenty variety, hot and plenty amounts. …
we paid just over £100 for two-course dinner + drink, bed and breakfast for 2 people. the dinner was OK, the breakfast excellent and the room and bed comfortable. We come here to stay when visiting family and it never disappoints the hotel is newly refurnished, clean, spic and span
Premier inn Uttoxeter was an excellent stay, the rooms were very comfortable and very affordable, the staff were very friendly and the food was delicious, definitely would recommend, it’s in a prime location as it’s only 15/20 minutes form Alton towers plus has a lovely restaurant on site as well as other little places like Burger King, subway and Greggs, 10/10 loved my stay
Stayed at Premier Inn Uttoxeter as it the closest one to Alton Towers! Superb check in with reception staff Zara and Amy very friendly and knowledgeable! Room was clean and had everything we needed. Wil definitely return!
Both me and partner could not sleep sur to being at a main door entrance and every half hour either staff or other customers entering or exit and door slamming behind them, Restaurant however was very understaffed, took 24 minutes for someone to come ask us for drinks, a further 30 minutes our drinks arrived and server took our order, 57 minutes our food arrives and it was stone cold and was sent straight back, so after nearly two hours we left and bill was wavierd, we went to weatherspoons in the town and we had drinks food etc in under an hour,
So…. Checking in was good, lady was very polite and the man who checked us out was lovely too. Parking was easily accessible and the hotel was easy to find. Very close to Alton towers so that was great. Good value.. Loved that the air con was on in the room for arrival as it was actually quite a stuffy day so that was good. Downside was that you had to carry an iron and ironing board all the way from reception and across the carpark to your room if you wanted one looking like an absolute dohnut. Street cred - gone.
The breakfast was a soggy miserable mess, we were seated next to the children which were constantly making stupid noises coming over and just being a nuisance. Also the stay was very basic, dust cobwebs all over the room. Wouldn’t stay there again if you paid me.
We stayed at this hotel for three nights for our trip to Alton Towers, which is about 20 min driving from the park. We had the breakfast there, which was appropriate and with the “kids eat for free” deal, we started our day with energy. The staff at the reception was kind and always informative. However, we had a room, which smelled mould, in the building across the parking. As compared to many other Premier Inn hotels in the UK, this one is overpriced, and the quality of the rooms is much lower.
Apart from a slow and manual lift to access the hotel reception from the car park, we've had one of the most family friendly experience at this hotel. Two little things just touched my heart. The staff created a list of things to do/places to go for family with kids visiting the area, which we've never seen in other hotels we stayed in the UK before. They even provided nappy sacks in the toilet for our little one. Not that we needed that supply, but it's the thoughtfulness the hotel team had shown really made our stay even more lovely and heartwarming! Thank you Premier Inn Uttoxeter - keep up the good work
The quality of the hotel and room as well as the staff was perfect. However after being in our room for 30mins we discovered an earwig in the bathroom, a large bug and moth in our bedroom area. We had a premier room and apart from the bugs I had zero complaints
