Friendly and welcoming staff, very efficient and informative! Stayed here whilst visiting Alton Towers and couldn’t really ask for much more with a hotel stay. Also had the breakfast in the morning which was nice with a wide verity of food.

The location was perfect for business. The welcome was lovely despite having issues with a power outage earlier in the day; access to room was restricted as the key cards didn't work, no tv or internet. Breakfast was lovely, lots of lovely fresh fruit salad, pastries and accompaniments. The underground car parking is tight, you need to be good at parking in tight spaces, but there's good parking in the adjacent car park.

Would'nt stay here again, this part of the area was not nice. Far too expensive for a very basic room. Felt very unsafe when leaving the hotel to walk in to the town, food and drink was also very expensive at the hotel

We stayed at Leek Premier Inn while visiting Alton Towers. The hotel is in a great location with lots of local amenities in walking distance. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Staff were all helpful and cheery with no request being too big or small.

When we arrived the room smelled like wet carpet. Thinking it was because if recent cleaning (carpeted floors), we didn't think much more about it. However, over the bext days, we noticed our clothes, the bedding, sheets and even the carpet got more and more damp. We had the aircondition on, but it didn't really help at all. The others we travelled with had the same problem in their rooms. Brekfast was good, it had most of what you want and need.

The location of the property is great, ideal for visiting all places near by, and a walk into the town in the evening for dinner with plenty of choices, and pubs galore!! Callum made the stay very welcoming, just a shame we didn’t get to say thank you for his help and assistance when we left
