2 nights B&B with husband's sister. Both rooms well equipped, warm and beautifully decorated. Rates very reasonable. Piping hot breakfast, very attentive staff! Sister-in-law requested a tea strainer (sorry about that...). A marvellous substitute was produced. Overall, perfect weekend in a beautiful part of the Staffordshire moorlands. THANKS to the Griffiths family.

My partner and I stayed here for a single night and have found ourselves torn writing this review. Pros: Absolutely fantastic service, we were welcomed warmly and given a tour of the B&B (to be fair it was some of the best service we've experienced) Breakfast was lovely, at a time we requested and can't really be faulted it in...

From the initial welcome & guided tour by the owner, through to the immaculately clean rooms, & the delicious breakfast, Prospect House was quite simply an absolute joy, & we...

Me and my wife just stayed the one night bed an breakfast, room was lovely lots of character, very comfy. Breakfast was great loved the black pudding. The only disappointed was not been able to pet the golden retriever that smiled at us when we walked in! :)

We booked an overnight stay in this lovely B&B. On arrival we were shown to our room which was in a outbuilding in the courtyard. The owner was very nice and explained where breakfast would be served. The room was quaint but although it was June it was quite chilly. There were 2 wall heaters, neither of which worked and...

This is a little gem of a BnB. The rooms are lovely, wifi is great, good selection of TVs channels and spotlessly clean. The rooms are made up each day while you are out and left looking perfect. Really nice little gardens and a little lounge with books and DVDs in for your use. The owner seems a lovely chap...

I stayed here one night. The owner was very accommodating and friendly and explained all of the facilities upon arrival. The room was very cosy and comfortable, bathroom a little tired, but everything was in working order. Other reviewers noted the poor shower, but in old buildings, I think one should expect the power will not be quite the same...

Nice clean welcoming room, really comfy bed and decent wireless. Shower was a little disappointing but that was the only downside. Best thing was breakfast in the morning which was really nice with excellent ingredients.
