Stayed for 2 nights last weekend in a suite with my partner. The suite was the only room not being refurbished on our corridor, it was like staying in a building site, dusty, dirty and very noisy with the banging and drilling starting at 8am. The suite itself was so tired and

Dear Kerry B, Many thanks for your review following your recent stay with us. I am sorry to hear that a few issues arose during your time here at Hoar Cross Hall. Regarding your room, I am sorry to hear that this did not live up to expectations. If our Front of House team were aware of this, we could have looked at moving you to a different room away from the refurbishment work, depending on availability. We had a power cut in the early hours due to the bad weather. Our staff were working extremely hard to rectify this issue, my apologies that this affected your stay here with us. I will be sure to pass your comments regarding the sandwiches on to the Executive Head Chef who will feed this back to the team. Kind regards, Lucy Guest Engagement Manager

Loved our stay. Absolutely top class food. If you are there for breakfast, lunch and dinner expect to consume a lot! After each meal we thought we wouldn't manage the next but there's so much to do-spa, pools, classes, outside activities, that we were hungry again. Our room was

I'd like to give 4.5 stars as there were a few minor niggles, but they didn't really distract from a lovely weekend. The food was excellent - really good. You could tell why the ballroom has an award. The assiette of orange is amazing. Breakfast and lunch were also very very

I’m sure you could but they would be quids in and you’d be quids out! The evening meal is exceedingly expensive if purchased separately. The menu is very different in the evening and you won’t get the choice in the day or the fine dining.

I arrived for 3pm had the three course a la carte meal in the evening, used facilities from Three pm the paid the extra for the following day till 5.30 pm. Full english breakfast was included in the room package and the extended stay included a three course lunch. Give them a ring I found them very helpful when I did .

Hi, we definitely saw plenty of access for disabled, there were wheelchairs in restaurant and there's a lift from hotel foyer to rooms. Apologies not sure if ground floor rooms. I think they will be fine. Hope they have a lovely time. Reception very helpful so maybe give them a call? Hope that helps, Dawn
