Check-in was quick and curteous. Stayed in a Disabled Access room (as hubby needs this) and our room was just as we'd ordered. Extra pillows were provided when asked. Had a bit of trouble with air con...followed instructions but ended up asking a reception, and it was switched on in the back office!! Carpark being dug up next to main...

Stayed here lots of times. This time everything was working. The staff here are always friendly and helpful. I stay here because it's good value for money and is well located for working in Burton. This time I noticed for the first time that it's all a bit shabby and in need of decorating. They are building an extension on...

Well was booked into Burton on Trent premier inn for work.. reception very friendly and warm and welcoming. Room slightly dated to some premier inns could be due for a lick of paint sometime soon. Breakfast and evening meals are served at the Beefeater restaurant adjacent to the hotel, again as with the hotel the quality is very...

Spent a night here due to work arranging training near by. As you would expect from a Premier Inn, very clean, comfy bed, good hot shower and helpful staff. Breakfast was in the pub next door and was really good.

Usual Premier Inn standard. Easy to book, simple on line check-in, room up to usual standard. Maybe a couple of biscuits with the teas and coffees would be nice but I guess cost control prevents that.
