First time I've ever stayed here, and I was blown away. Originally we booked to stay in the splash landing but when speaking to a booking advisor I mentioned that my partner is in the forces so they upgraded us from a basic family room to a newly refurbished space/moon themed room. On arrival you book in & the staff...

We stayed in a Postman Pat themed room and the room was really great. We loved the themed decor and the kids loved it! There is a treasure hunt for them to complete which gives them a code for a safe in the room which has goodies in. We had a problem with the safe code but the staff were...

This has been on my daughter's wish list for years now and we finally made our way up from Shepperton and a 3hr hour journey. The staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. The room was quite nice, pretty spacious. It had a smart tv which was very fancy. The bath was nice, great water pressure and piping hot water!!...

We booked a 1 night stay as we were going to the theme park. It was with the kids stay, eat and play deal. We arrived at 10am and booked in to get our theme park tickets this was very quick. Our boys were amazed with the hotel and really loved it. The queue for the monorail was ridiculous but we...

Just recently returned from a 3 night stay with 2 crazy days at the Theme Park and Water Park. Again we stayed in a Moon Voyage Room which was lovely, my only gripe was the space between the top and bottom bunk which was very small so both of my children topped and tailed on the top bunk to avoid...

An enjoyable stay at our favourite park. Staff were lovely would recommend to all family and friends. Hotel was nice and clean with good food. With only a short monorail ride to the entrance of the park. Best place to stay to beat the queues.

This was our first time at an Alton Towers Hotel for many years. I'm glad we booked on the special Summer reduced rates now offered following the accident on the Smiler ride earlier this year. If we had booked the true rate of £230 per room per night I would have been very dissapointed. Our room on the ground floor...

The location is the main reason for our decision to stay - with children, time and convenience is of the essence and this fit the bill perfectly. Wanted to stay in the theme rooms but do think the rates need to be reviewed, they are nice but expensive. Standard room was pleasant and check-in was easy. Large double bed and...

I love this hotel! Mainly for the gardens it sits in. Lovely lake with stepping stones, bridge & romantic gondola. Lit up at night. I normally eat at the splash landings hotel as generally take the kids, then move onto this one late at night to enjoy the piece full surroundings.
