Loved this place, me and my girlfriend are already looking to returning again. All the staff are so helpful and friendly they are all happy to help to make your visit a great one. The menu choices are great there's something for everyone and that's breakfast and dinner. The accommodation was great nice and spacious. The trip from the monorail...

Stayed with the family this weekend when visiting the Park. What a great experience, great rooms, great resturants and a amazing indoor Water Park. Not too cheap on the drinks but well worth the cost with the nightly entertainment.

It pains me to write a review that isn't glowing as I really do try to see the positive in any situation, but following our recent stay at the Alton Towers Hotel, I feel that it isn't right to gloss over my disappointment this time. Firstly, I am a huge supporter of Alton Towers - it is very dear to...

We stayed 5 may in explorer Antarctic room, room was great although my kids are 9 and 11 and thought might have outgrown the theme a bit they loved it! Nice size room, comfy bed had everything needed. Entertainment in evening ok especially for younger kids, breakfast was lovely and drinks in the bar were cheaper than expected. We will...

Beautiful hotel, lovely entertainment, fab breakfast. Clean bedrooms. But very noisy, we could hear everything from the room either side of us. Very thin walls and we were woken a number of times. We did report this. Such a shame as it is expensive and not want I would expect. Beds were also uncomfortable.

Stayed here in the moon voyage room, paid £270 for 1 night with 2 days theme park tickets included. I feel like I am getting picky but when spending a lot of extra money on an upgraded room I expect a lot more than a standard room. The room was nice and the separate sleeping area with bunk beds for...

On arrival we booked and paid for an extra night, which on returning to reception two days later they knew nothing about. Disturbed by noisy louts in the room next door on the first night - called reception with mgt asking them to be quiet. Noise continued until gone 11.30pm - annoying when you have a toddler in the room...

Visited here for one night, with our little one who is just turned 4 years old. We stayed in the Coca-Cola celebration suite. This was a complimentary stay from Alton Towers, after a complaint from our previous stay last year (which was awful). The room was huge, spotlessly clean and generally in good condition. The in room fridge with Coke...

Stayed here over the bank holiday weekend at the end of April as part of a trip to take our daughter to CBeebiesland, thankfully only stayed in the hotel for one night. Altogether a good stay but the staff wasn't well informed on alternate parking spaces , so I had to just improvise and park on the grass area adjacent to the hotel, which worked out well because I could quickly get our things out and into the room
