We looked for a place to fit 4 large families, each with own bedroom, ensuite and areas to chill, run around and relax. This place fits all that and more, quality furnishings, large open plan living area with a high rise snug too. Outside includes hot tub, lawns and a small play area for kids.( Outdoor pool available in season)....

Owners were very welcoming, the accommodation itself was lovely and the views and nearby areas were outstanding, I wanted a peaceful week away and I certainly got that! Nearby pub The Valiant Soldier is amazing and nice and close too, also took a nice 5 hour walk (maps provided) and definitely want to go back soon. Highly recommend

An excellent place, out of the way (truly out of the way!). Greeted by cake, which is always a winner, and the hosts offered a friendly, jolly breakfast service. My only regret is that I used this as a stop-off on the way home and, really, given its location, it deserved more time to be able to explore the countryside,...

Returning to this tranquil and beautiful location twenty years after our last visit it was a delight to find that the experience was even better than we'd remembered it. The family who own the farm made us very welcome after a 350 mile drive and throughout the six days we stayed were always helpful, willing to chat and generous with...

We stayed here while the rest of the family went "glamping". We preferred a bit more comfort and we certainly found it at Wood Advent Farm. We had the "Racecourse Room" which had a superb king-size bed and a bathroom you could party in! The breakfast was wonderful and they even had kippers. We loved the dogs that live there...

Wifi is a bit unpredictable, we...

We have just celebrated my 60th birthday with 19 friends and family at the granary for the weekend. On the first night two couples had to stay at the BnB yards away which worked really well. Two couples left the second night, then we were 16. Diana, John and staff catered for a dinner party on the first night. They...

It was such an enjoyable weekend that we can't wait to do it again. When we arrived we were served tea, coffee and a delicious home made cake on the terrace and...
