This hotel is about the first place as you approach Bridgwater from M5 J23. Very small signs from the hotel car park direct you around the building to the reception which means that you could be squeezing past delivery lorrys & over a kerb & small muddy grass area. There is a good approach from the Brewers Fayre, but that...

When choosing a premier inn, you always no what to expect. Value for money, comfortable, and clean. I feel it's down to how the staff are with you. This hotel staff were very friendly, welcoming and always had a smile. Thank you for this.

Overall its a standard Premier Inn. Nice room, beautiful comfy bed, efficient staff, and very quiet. Stairs but only one floor to climb. The only problem we had was getting into the lobby, its a squeeze past a pillar a fence and the door whilst climbing a kerb, not good with luggage

Brilliant stay. Easy to find helpful staff. Lush rooms. Stop ever for Christmas shopping trip . Restart staff so helpful when finding us a seat. Telling us what was available etc. Car parking was so easy, plenty of. Situated on a main road but don't here traffic at all.

Very Clean room, quiet everything you could need. Basic no frills what you expect from a premier Inn. Like the fact you can check out up to 12.00 when a lot of hotels it can be 10am. Great if like me you have had a late night. Large TV, hairdryer. Very comfy bed. Good cheap option.

We have stayed in a few Premier Inns in our time so are pretty used to the standard we get (usually good) but this was the worst we've been to. In need of refurbishment the bathroom had black marks in the sealant around the back of the sink and also had some dust lurking there. We were visiting an elderly...

Stayed for 2 nights, arrived late Saturday evening having already checked in on-line, a very smooth check-in and adequate car parking. Receptionist very friendly. Room on 1st floor, no lift so if you have mobility issues ask for ground floor room. Room very nice size, bed comfortable with extra pillows if required. Bathroom very clean with hand wash, shower gel...
