This Travelodge was ideally located for our needs and had everything we needed to hand. The room was spotless and the staff helpful and friendly. When we found that our room heater was broken, the gentleman on reception swapped it with the one from his office - the hotel was fully booked so he couldn't relocate us. The facilities at...

We only stayed one night as flying from Bristol the next morning, a little difficult to find as sat nav took us off the me and then straight back on again. The member of staff on arrival gave us local info of the best restaurant in the town and how to get there. All in all a friendly quiet travelodge.

Made our annual trip to Somerset in December and stayed at the Travelodge in Bridgwater. Well located hotel just of Jct 24 on the M5 and close to the surrounding area of Bridgwater, Taunton, Glastonbury, Minehead, Bristol, etc. Clean, tidy hotel, where the staff were kind, pleasant and welcoming. Will stay there next year.

Very clean rooms but beds were a little too hard for us. Unfortunately it is surrounded by petrol station/fast food outlets/commercial warehouses so quite a bit of outside noise late at night/early morning

We were expecting a lot less for £45. But pleasantly surprised by a very comfortable bed, lovely warm room - clean linen and lots of space as we booked a family room. We were on the 1st floor - so a bit noisy from the "baby elephant herd" above us. I will try to get the second floor next time...

Me, my wife, youngest son and grandson had a great stay. Beds were all made up and ready, we asked for 2 more pillows and that was no...

All members of staff at the M5 hotel were amazing. They were all extremely friendly and welcoming, they were great with my 2 young kids as well, asking them questions about our day and what we were doing that night. Really did make the difference.

Lovely stop for the night with the husband and 2 children. Lovely staff on reception desk. Shops downstairs and multi storey car park opposite. The only think let it down, carpet needed a good Hoover. But we would stay here again when back in the area.

Stayed at Bridgwater Travelodge last weekend with my fiance. The room was clean and comfortable and the reception staff and manager were friendly and welcoming. There are some great restaurants and pubs close by and is very centrally located.
