I stayed here on business and was delighted to be able to enjoy the beautiful pool and gym. In actuality I arrived late and didn't get to use them. What I did experience was old fashioned service. Genteel politeness and a warm welcome. My room was lovely. Traditional and comfy with a clean and beautiful en suite. The only disturbance...

Had a 2 night stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and of adequate size but the bathroom would benefit from redecoration. The accommodation is on several floors and, due to the age of the building, does not have a lift. Our room was on the top floor and we found it a bit of a trek although...

I stayed in the Coach House part of the hotel, overlooking the bowling green. The rooms are finished to a high standard and kept very clean. I was also given a pass to you the gym and other facilities while staying there, which included a sauna, steam room, full gym and pool. There are also beauty treatments etc in a...

The staff were very accommodating and friendly, giving good service. Food was fresh, well presented and delicious. Price was reasonable for the quality. Desserts also very good and the restaurant has a nice spaciousness, so not sitting on top of everyone else. Would go again next time in Oswestry.

I booked to stay here two weeks in advance and did advise that I had a dietary requirement of being a vegan. The occasion was an invite to join old friends for dinner at the Wynnstay. It's usually a disappointment when I go out or just ok average food which I'm able to do better at home...The Chef 'Jay' made...

originally booked a single room for 2 nights but was very disappointed with it, however when I spoke to reception I was able to 'upgrade' to a double room without too much of an extra cost, this room was very good, all the staff I encountered from reception, waitresses, bar staff and Spa attendants were professional, friendly and so helpful,...

Charming Georgian hotel with excellent modern conference/event and spa facilities. We stayed here last weekend whilst visiting a nearby exhibition. Table service at breakfast, excellent quality food. Excellent service from friendly staff. A wedding was taking place in the hotel during our stay, we were concerned this may mean congestion in the dining room during Sunday breakfast. There was no...
