Stayed here on a travelzoo deal. Room was great with a very comfy bed and large bathroom. Great choice for breakfast, could only have evening meal on first night as the Sunday night was fully booked, so it's worth checking this when booking as there is not that much of a choice elsewhere in Much Wenlock. Much Wenlock itself is...

This is a lovely old coaching inn in a pretty market town. We stayed 2 nights B&B. We enjoyed our room-- quietly elegant, with a huge bathroom. Bed comfortable, tasteful decor. I got quite excited for a moment when I saw that the bedside lamps were "mother-and-child" style-- one ambient light and one reading light with a flexible neck. But...

We enjoyed our 2 night stay here. The first night we had an excellent meal in the restaurant. Our room was big and very clean and included a four poster bed. This was a surprise treat from friends to celebrate birthdays. On previous comments it's mentioned threadbare carpets. Yes there are some but not horrendous. We thought it a well...

We had dinner bed and breakfast here and the food and service was tremendous. The lobster with soft shelled crab was a highlight but overall the food was Fab. Compared to another Michelin starred restaurant we have tried this was much better value with better food. Other reviewers have stated the hotel rooms are in need of a bit of...

We had a two night stay on a TZOO deal, this was excellent value. The room we were allocated was spacious and comfortable; four poster bed, good mattress and two winged back chairs. The decor is traditional, rather than contemporary. I would say that some TLC is overdue. The breakfast is excellent. Overall, we had a good stay. I would...

Starting with the positives, the hotel is clean with friendly staff and outside free parking. The breakfast is lovely and well presented. We had an evening meal at the restaurant on Sunday night which was fantastic, faultless and excellent value for money. However, the downside of the hotel is the fact that the decor is so very dated and worn...

I cannot commend the food enough which we ate here. We both chose the 7 course taster menu which was a culinary delight. The food was extremely tasty, well cooked and presented. The size of the wine glasses with the wine flight were larger than normal and I struggled to walk in a straight line afterwards!!! Food in the restaurant...

Arrived early but no problem to helpful staff. On the day we arrived the hotel was preparing for a large funeral wake for 200 the following day. This meant we could not be provided with lunch. This is an extremely busy privately run hotel, very efficient, super chef,Jason. pleasant staff.Super meals in the restaurant deserves a couple of rosettes. Wonderful stay and...
