Stayed here on the night of March 25th/26th. In Much Wenlock for a 80th birthday celebration. Such a welcome on our arrival with the offer of coffee, tea or something naughty!! by the ever smiling Shelagh!😊 I took the tea (never ending teapot - hand made on premises no less)- the others had the something naughty!! We had a lower...

Spent a night here as part of a family get together. Couldn't wish for more, clean rooms, welcoming atmosphere and very pleasant hosts. Will certainly return. The b&b is part of a working pottery and located on the edge of the village. Easy to explore from here and close to tge other amenities on Much Wenlock. It's tucked out of...

Had a fantastic stay at this b&b. The room was massive, comfortable, warm & had a fridge, sofa, table & bottle of wine (as well as all the usual stuff). Shelagh & Mike were both brilliant hosts & went out of their way to make the stay fantastic (veggie options for breakfast, v good coffee, newspapers). Cant recommend this place...

Just spent a brilliant two hours at Much Wenlock pottery. Mike demonstrated how to throw a bowl, then the children had a go. They were thrilled with their creations. These will be collected in a few weeks when dried and glazed. The children then painted an animal figure downstairs. These will be glazed ready for collection. Shelagh kindly made drinks...

My very first experience at Raku and what a fantastic time and great fun! Spent a relaxing day "pottering" about with Mike as my guide and had a delicious breakfast and lunch cooked by Shelagh. Even managed to make some beautiful pieces to take home which I love. Our bedroom was very well appointed with everything we needed and a...

My partner had already stayed here in the past. But it was a first visit for me. A warm welcome from John and a lovely tray of tea and cakes was a bonus. We had a very large room with a separate kitchenette area. It was just perfect and very quiet as we were the only visitors the one night...

Shelagh and John offer a unique blend of hospitality at Wenlock Pottery. This is a working pottery, but if John answers the phone he will make you feel so special and welcome. Shelagh, down to earth, but equally hospitable, and quick off the mark to offer a welcome drink-regular or naughty! This was our second stay, and nothing has changed,...

We drove into the courtyard and were welcomed by Shelagh and Michael. Our room was directly off the courtyard so easy to get things in from the car. Shelagh offered us a welcome drink and arranged a breakfast time. We were on our own at the pottery overnight. Being up a driveway meant it was very quiet (not that there...

Just back from a weekend in lovely Much Wenlock, for the Wenlock Poetry Festival - an excellent experience. Stayed with my poet partner at the pottery, and we had SUCH a lovely experience. Enormous double room with our own front door and little kitchenette area, really comfy bed and our hosts were so welcoming, they couldn't do enough for us....
