We were impressed from the friendliness of our initial phone call. We stayed for five nights relaxing in comfort in the Hazler room and enjoying the quietness and the wonderful breakfasts. Within walking distance from two good village pubs with good evening meals. On a regular bus route with good services to Church Stretton, Ludlow and Shrewsbury. Good base for...

We had the warmest of welcomes from Fran and Maurice, who turned out to be the very nicest hosts we could wish for. Fran made us tea when we arrived and we instantly felt comfortable at Mynd House and knew we had made a good choice. We stayed 3 nights in Ashbraken, which we were delighted with. The room was...

From the Devils Bridge Falls in Wales we the 7 of us drove to Little Stretton, a nice little place in the beautiful hills of Shropshire. The B & B was situated in the middle of the village. The hosts were very friendly, offering tea at our arrival. All the rooms were spacious with nice beds and very soft bed...

We had a super stay here over the bank holiday weekend and would recommend Mynd House as a great place to stay. Fran and Maurice are attentive hosts and nothing was too much trouble. We appreciated the supplies of tea and coffee in the bedroom together with fresh milk in the fridge which was very welcome after a day out...

We stayed here for three nights in August 2016, in the Ashbracken room. Our hosts were very friendly and extremely welcoming, providing advice on things to do in the area. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom spacious with both a walk-in shower and large bath. Little touches like fresh milk in the fridge showed their attention to detail....

Fran runs a very good Guest House here. Just off the road from Church Stretton to Little Stretton and easy walk to two good pubs in the village. Noise from the road no problem because so little used at night but there is a (very) little noise for front rooms from the A49 bypass on the other side of the...

What a lovely place. We received a warm welcome on arrival with the offer of a cup of tea, perfect. Then our room was very clean and spacious with a bath,so unusual these days. But so needed after a long walk. Best think ever was fresh milk in the bedroom fridge, never had this in another hotel without requesting it....

A superb bed and breakfast in an ideal location close to lots of walks from the doorstep. Had a great 3 night stay, lovely comfortable bedroom, lovely breakfasts and a warm welcome from the owners who could not have been more friendly and helpful during our stay. Would not hesitate to recommend the hotel and would definitely stay again when...

Superb hotel run by 2 lovely people in an idyllic little village. Little Stretton has 2 pubs within walking distance. Both of which offer great food and nice Ale. Best to book in the restaurants to avoid disappointment. This was our first visit to Shropshire and we did it on a bit of a whim. Great for walking, biking and...
