A fantastic short break again! Peaceful park, beautiful lodge and friendly staff, would definitely recommend. Despite the freezing temperatures the lodge was toasty and snug, the hot tub was amazing! Will look forward to visiting again 😀

Enjoyed our long weekend at Ashlea Pools a great deal. Lodge was cosy, warm and well equiped with the added bonus of a hot tub. A peaceful location but close to some interesting places to visit and outstanding restaurants and pubs.

Lodge a bit dated but overall exceptionally clean with everything you need for a comfortable short break. No wifi or phone service but to be honest I quite liked just being away from it all. A quiet haven in a peaceful location and a lovely welcome hamper provided as well! Really enjoyed myself even though it wasn't 5* accommodation.

Just perfect, 1000% better than expected for the price. Give it a try it really will be worth it. For the 2 of us the cabin was huge, warm, fully stocked with every essential and complementary welcome basket to get you through the first day before shopping

Very nice lodge, not as luxurious as some we have stayed in previously but the hottub was definitely the best to date. Plenty of places to go for walks to work off some of the calories that these trips inevitably involve.

Lady on reception was very nice, very helpful even when I left my bracelet behind in the lodge, luckily they found it and sent it to me with no problems. The fishing on the lake was also very...

This was our 2nd visit to ashlea pools. Once again everything was perfect. Our lodge VIP 17 was spotlessly clean. Everything you need is here. Our only gripe was the weather which wasn't the best but it didn't stop us enjoying ourselves or enjoying the hot tub. We cant wait to book for our next trip.

Lovely relaxing vacation, great little on site shop. Welcome hamper supplied on check in with all the basic staples to make your stay stress free. Great reception staff and loads of ducks to feed, no bread they enjoy sweetcorn and rice and defrosted peas.
