Beautiful looking place. Booked last minute through booking.com not to get it cheap just easier to use a search engine. Staff were absolutely lovely but prices were very extreme. Had a 3 course dinner - standard fare, nothing exciting - and a few drinks and this was over £95! Had better food at our local village pub for less. Asked...

This was one of the best hotels we have stayed in in this country. The room was on the first floor overlooking the carpark. It was clean and comfortable. We were upgraded at no extra cost as there were no twin rooms left when we booked. So we got a king size bed, complimentary wine, fizzy pop, bottled water and...

We booked for 3 nights for my husbands 65th birthday and I requested a quiet room. We slept well on Friday night but on Saturday a coach with Chinese tourists booked in." On Sunday morning we were woken at 5.00 by the tourists in the room next to us (we had an inter connecting door to that room), the disturbance...

Hotel disappointingly corporate and a little 'tired'. We were in room 53 above Sherbourne suite where music from a wedding party, about which we were not informed, reverberated through the room until 12 midnight. Could not ring reception to find out when it would end as phone not working despite reporting this earlier at reception. Had to request hair dryer as...

Room was very comfortable. Ground floor, with easy access to our car and reception. The hotel had a very relaxing atmosphere and the staff were very friendly and nothing seemed too much trouble. Food was also brilliant, tried a different dish each night and was not disappointed. Everyone in my party thought the food excellent at dinner and also breakfast....

Booked through Secret Escapes and it was a good deal with overnight stay, three course meal, bottle of wine and breakfast. Disappointed with first room as it was disabled room which was fine but it had no bath which we had requested. Second room was nice, hospitality tray had hardly anything on it, which seems different to what others on...

We stayed here for just one night to celebrate my husband's birthday. We found everything to be to our satisfaction. All members of staff were friendly and helpful. We used the spa facilities which were clean and well maintained. The deal we had included a three course meal with wine and breakfast. The food was excellent with plenty of choice....

Me and my husband have just had an overnight stay here via Wowcher and it was perfect. I really can't fault it. Staff were lovely, dinner and breakfast were amazing and our room was pleasant. The furnishings and fittings were, I thought, very nice. We didn't use the leisure facilities so i cant comment on them but we would definitely...

We booked last minute on Great Escapes and the deal included Dinner, Breakfast and a bottle of wine with Dinner. The hotel is easy to find (A415 off the A40) and easy to park....lots of parking spaces with an unloading area just outside Reception. A truly pleasant, warm welcome from Reception Staff, with easy, quick check-in and helpful information on...

Our daughters bought an overnight stay package for us for my wife's birthday. We had a fabulous time. We were given an upgrade to a superior room, which was very nice. We used the pool and Jacuzzi when we arrived - really lovely facilities and very polite and helpful young man in charge there. The evening meal and wine provided...
