This was our overnight stop at the end of the third day of the St. Cuthbert's Way walk. Great big room and bathroom, warm welcome, and nice breakfast, what more could you want? Really enjoyed this small town too, pleasant places to eat and picturesque streets to wander around.

On our walking holiday on St Cuthberts Way we stayed at our favourite b/b. Meeting others on samewalk. Breakfast great. So much to pick from. Room perfect. Nice room to rest in for peace. Great lady looking after us. 100 percent b/b

This place is on the Main Street but it was very quiet during the night. Our room was spacious as was the bath. There were nice products and good linen. Our hostess was friendly and very helpful. Good place for walkers - we were walking St. Cuthbert's Way

We had been invited to a wedding in the area and just picked this B&B at random from the list. And had no real expectations. It was just perfect - a really spacious, comfortable room, very quiet, beautiful bedding and plenty of really plump pillows, lovely toiletries, chocolate biscuits and fruit in the room, lovely large fluffy towels, super-clean, tv...

Stayed in Tildale House as part of a long distance cycle ride. The owner could not have been more helpful, even taking me and my injured bike wheel to a local shop and driving me back. Brilliant B&B with excellent rooms.

What a lovely welcome from the owner of this B&B. Our friends from Germany and ourselvers were walking St Cuthberts way and this was the perfect place to stay in Wooler. Our host was both welcoming and helpful. Food at breakfast was lovely and the decor was really nice. would certainly come back.

I stayed at Tilldale House along with 3 friends whilst walking the St Cuthbert's Way. On arrival we were made very welcome and immediately felt at home. The facilities were first class, comfortable beds and we enjoyed an enormous breakfast

An amazing B&B with top quality furnishings and bedding, and wonderful hospitality. Mind you, i had to watch my head with the low beams in the bathroom, but we felt extremely comfortable and well cared for. Highly recommended. The only flaw was that the wifi didn't work in the bedroom.
