We had a truly lovely stay at No 6. Right from the start we felt so relaxed and impressed. Greeted by the owners, Phil and Liz, we were shown to our upstairs room. It was warm, spotless and was tastefully set out. All we needed for a comfortable stay. Lovely garden view from our balcony. Fantastic shower after peaceful nights rest. Lizs breakfast was superb! Homemade bread made the best toast we have had and the cooked breakfast was excellent! Lovely walks to a nearby nature reserve and beach. If you are looking to stay in this area, then look no further than No 6! We look forward to returning.

Booked this as a late weekend break for the two of us. I checked out the reviews and they weren't kidding. The place is brilliant. We arrived around 6.30pm but it wasn't a problem, as soon as we got there, the coffee was ready. My kind of place! We had the balcony room and it was spotless. The view out over the garden was lovely although it was the day after when we could truly appreciate it. Breakfast is served in the conservatory and is a mix of help yourselves and cooked to order(ordered the night before). Liz and Phil are wonderful hosts who make your stay as comfortable as possible. Everything is homemade even the bread and the cookies on the tray in the bedroom. We enjoyed are stay immensely and we'll very likely go back to explore more of lovely Northumberland.

This B&B is perfect for a couple travelling with a dog. There was a separate room to our bedroom which led out onto the garden, meaning that our dog was well catered for.

The property is squeaky clean. The hosts are welcoming and the breakfast is delicious with plenty of choice. I’d recommend the warm bananas in maple syrup and yoghurt. The cooked breakfast was delicious too.

The location of this B&B is a few minutes drive to an unspoiled beach. It is 30 mins away from Alnwick and Craster.

Amazing hosts Liz & Phil make you feel so welcome into their beautiful home, the room was lovely and spotless. Breakfast was delicious and piping hot, you can choose what you would like from a menu too. Loved eating breakfast watching the birds in the garden. Very close to all the beautiful beaches Northumberland has to offer too! Will definitely be back, loved every minute.
