Had a warm welcome, and a very welcome coffee, on arrival, and the guest house is welcoming, elegant and chic. My room was round the back and cosy and really clean. Breakfast was good and kept me going until the evening and kept me going during the drive home the next day. I'd recommend the porridge! Summary: lovely guest house...

Found Dervaig on the net and took a chance. A very warm welcome from Julie who was very attentive and helpful during our 2 day stay. We had not been to Berwick before and she was happy to give us, and other guests, information on the local amenities such as restaurants and places to visit etc. Room was very large,...

On arrival in Berwick the B&B is positioned well near the railway station and just off a main road, which could be a noise problem for some. Arrival at the entrance showed WIP with bags...

Derek and Julie are excellent hosts, the rooms are comfortable, well equipped and immaculate, the breakfasts have a good variety and are delicious. The town with it's historic...

We were booked into another property but when we arrived they couldn't accept us because of a mechanical problem. The Dervaig took us last minute and we were pleasantly surprised. The accommodations were much nicer than we expected. Location was perfect and the restaurant the owners recommended was a highlight of our trip.

My wife and I plus 2 friends planned a short 4 day trip to Berwick on Tweed. On browsing the internet for accomodation, the Dervaig Guest House looked favourable according to the revues. It lived up to our expectations and more. The rooms are nicer than some hotels that we have stayed in, the breakfasts were first class, Julie really...
