Come on!! I have been coming to Beadnell for years and the Sunday Lunch menu used to be the highlight of the week! Another slice of beef would be good also the dessert menu needs some TLC! Crumble not as it should be!! Not bad and reasonably priced but excellent when a little more care!

I booked the Beadnell Towers for a reunion with a group of friends and we had a great time. A very warm welcome, comfortable and spaceous rooms and the staff were very friendly. Excellent food even though the restaurant was busy and attentive service. This is a great base to explore rural Northumberland with its scenic coast, castles and countryside.... More

We stayed three nights and paid £94 b&b which we thought was a little excessive. There was no explanation from staff throughout the whole visit why there was no heating in our room on the second floor. There was a small heater in the bedroom which, although we kept it on the whole time, was only just adequate to heat the... More

This small hotel doubles as a busy local pub and was buzzing on Tuesday night when we stayed there. The bedroom contained traditional furniture and looked a little old fashioned but this was deceptive as the furniture was good quality, the room was very clean, warm and the bed was comfortable and there was a large modern TV. There was... More

After reading other reviews I was expecting a lot more from this hotel! Warm welcome at reception where we were told they had boiler trouble and the heating wasn't working but an electric heater had been put in our room. It was a small shabby room on the top floor. The heater worked for the bedroom but the bathroom was... More

Just returned from a four night stay here. We used the hotel as a base to explore the beautiful Northumberland coast. It was the perfect location, being right on the coast and within easy driving distance of all the castles and other places of interest. The cooked breakfasts set you up nicely for a day's walking and the room was... More

'My wife and I had a 5 night stay at Beadnell Towers. Mick (the owner) was a pleasure to deal with. The hotel has character, but is not pretentious. We had a lovely large and warm bedroom, with a bath and shower en suite. The large double bed was very comfortable. We had all of our evening meals in the... More

I stayed here for one night when visiting the area for a wedding. The manager was happy for me to check in early, the room was lovely, very clean and spacious. The best part was how comfortable the bed was!! The bathroom as large and clean, and the shower was nicely powerful. (Room 3)
