We arrived absolutely soaked through after riding through torrential rain. We were well looked-after; particularly by the friendly receptionist who tumble-dried our gloves. Excellent service good help. Rang them up to tell them I had left a few items on my room they went and collected my items and put them to the side ready for me to com collect them. Good help made it simple

I didn't book till late,we got their late.The staff were very helpful,we like our tea so had extra bags.Had a very good nights sleep,and a very good breakfast in the morning.It was quite considering its on a main road.

We were guests and stayed on the first floor. The hotel web site has a disabled sign on it, most Premier inns we have stayed in have disabled rooms.
