very friendly staff, room was clean and comfortable with plenty of storage and a shower cubicle. local shop situated less than a minutes walk away. Locals were extremely friendly and our sleep wasn't disturbed by pub noise. Everything we needed and expected, plan to return early November

Large flatscreen tv & tea making facilities. There the positives end I'm afraid, the room had 3 beds but not one coathangar or wardrobe, nor anything to hang your coat or clothes...

I booked a room at this place through Hotels.com and the deposit was taken from my credit card. Then, because I could not go through with it, I cancelled within the time allowed. However, despite numerous emails to Hotels.com, my booking deposit was never refunded to me. Avoid !

Very good. Stayed recently for 3 nights. Rooms clean and good value for money. Alaina and Louise were friendly and very helpful. Couldn't do enough. Shame about no breakfast but we were told when booking breakfast isn't available. Would definitely visit again if ever back in the area.

OMG do not go here. Needed accomodation in Rothwell and this was all I could find. From the outside looks OK. We went into the bar to book in. We're taken to the room, through the kitchen and up a narrow flight of stairs. The room was unbelievable. It advertised a fridge, which was about 15 inches high, not plugged...
