This place represents great value for money. We stayed for 2 nights this week and despit being roadside we slept undisturbed. We stayed in a room on the top floor at the front of the property with a small en suite shower room. Very clean and tidy premises and hosts Janie and Stuart really make you feel very welcome, more...

Lovely B&B in a picturesque village. The room was lovely, the shower amazing and breakfast was delicious. The hosts Stuart and Janie, were very welcoming, friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend this B&B and will definitely stay here again!

A great place to stay if you are looking for a pretty market town with lots of lovely walks close by. Ebor House is immaculate, with pristine and cosy rooms. The owners are helpful and knowledgeable about the area-well worth picking their brains about where the best local walks are. Breakfasts are freshly prepared and delicious and plentiful. A lovely...

I stayed overnight in a large and comfortable room booked at short notice. The reason for booking was based on its good TA reviews and I was not disappointed. Pleasant welcome, with some good tips on where to head for an evening meal. The room was spacious and well appointed, with a spotlessly clean and similarly well appointed en suite....

A few minutes walk to the town centre, yard along the road is the well known rope maker. Ideal as a base for walking. No pets and no children, a place for adults. Its a B and B to be proud of. Very high standards, exceptionally clean and tidy. Quite and relaxing on the edge of dramatic Dales countryside. They...

A well appointed, comfortable, stylish and spotlessly clean B&B. Generous, well-cooked breakfast. Friendly and informative hosts. B&B in excellent location for exploring the Dales. Would be happy to recommend a stay there.

Staying away frequently on business, most often in multi-national hotel chains, can make you accepting of mediocrity in service, cleanliness and comfort. Ebor House shows that it is possible to provide exceptional standards of comfort and style at a reasonable price. Add to that exceptional service and welcome from Janie and Stuart, the proprietors, and a superb breakfast cooked well...

A two-night stay at Ebor House left us wanting more! Main object of the trip was for my grandson to get some tough cycling in the Yorkshire Dales. Janie and Stuart were so helpful with a basement storage room for his cycle and plenty of tips on routes. Our bedroom was superb – spotlessly clean, lovely views over the road...

We stayed at this Guest House over the weekend. The owners Janie and Stuart were amazing. They made us feel really welcome and knew every guests name so breakfast was very friendly. The breakfast itself was absolutely lovely and the accommodation was spotless, well appointed and very homely. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Hawes...
