We spent 2 nights in a lovely large room, warm welcome with complimentary glass of champagne, staff extremely friendly, had dinner on both nights and a wonderful afternoon tea. Thanks for looking after us and making our stay enjoyable.

Sorry but I don't think this hotel would be suitable for you. No lifts and no downstairs bedrooms.
