This place just never disappoints! Everything about it is fantastic. From the moment you arrive to the minute you leave the attention to detail and the service is second to none.. Our room was immaculate and as usual of the highest of standard. The canapés before dinner were great as was the service for drinks. The restaurant was busy but... More

We had a lovely stay in this hotel earlier this year.We had a beautiful room with everything you could want. We had a very nice evening meal in the Crab and Lobster pub which is in the grounds of the hotel and a superb breakfast there the next morning. The hotel is very traditional in decor. The staff were all... More

Husband surprised me for my 40th. We stayed in the Taj Mahal, everything was perfect, champagne and flowers waiting in the room when we arrived. Relaxing in the hot tub followed by a fantastic meal, what's not to like. Definitely somewhere we will be returning to.

My husband and I got married here yesterday. The day was perfect! We stayed in Bardola Lodge which was snug and cosy. The conservatory and the grounds are beautiful. We were a small party and had use of the private dining room above the restaurant which was very intimate. The staff were excellent, in particular John, who was attentive the... More

We have been trying to get into this Hotel for such a long time without success. We eventually made it. And all I can say is well worth waiting for. We had a fabulous time. We stayed in Le Manoir which is on the ground floor just as you enter the manor house. It was perfect, we shared the communal... More

We held our wedding here 2 weeks ago & I can't praise this venue highly enough. John, our wedding co-ordinator did a fantastic job, from start to finish. The bridal party stayed the night before & we had a lovely meal & spent an hour in the hot tub. The wedding day itself was perfect - staff were helpful &... More

We stayed in Le Tousserok and we're not disappointed, the room was lovely, the bathroom was very luxurious and the outdoor space and hot tub were great too. The room was spotlessly clean and the cleaners came in when we were at breakfast so it was really unobtrusive. The food in the crab and lobster was faultless too. My only... More

Hotel and restaurant FABULOUS in every respect. We visited on the pre Christmas deal in Le Manoir (Oxford) room. We used the communal hot tub which could do to be bigger, luckily only us and another 2 couples were in it but you would struggle to get more people in it comfortably. Evening meal in the restaurant was sensational. We... More

Had a wonderful time spending 2 nights in both bird island and bardola lodge. Staff are outstanding especially john the wedding coordinator. First class job and made the full weekend so special for both our daughter and all the guests.
