The location is tranquil & peaceful. The staff were amazing. The lodge was spotless (considering we were in a dog friendly lodge, this was an exceptional experience!!) we were with our 2 year old & our Labrador this weekend & we were entertained by visiting the pigs, the ponies, the ducks & having long, wet walks!!! We visited many local...

Booked here for a relaxing break. What can I say? It certainly wasn't relaxing. The bed was without doubt the most uncomfortable thing I have ever tried to sleep on. Kitchen was underequipped and dirty, in fact the whole lodge was dirty. Loads of dust had gathered on the towel rails in the bathroom showing that it hadn't been cleaned...

Only one negative was when we had to hand our keys in to check out, we didn't...
