Nice small hotel, close to beach boulevard en shopping area. Small but clean room, also clean bathroom. Excellent Full English Breakfast, with steaming strong black coffee. For only 30 pounds (one night, single person, with breakfast), absolutely excellent value for money!

The hotel doesn't have its own parking. I parked on the street with no problems although not directly in front of the hotel. There is a car park directly behind which is free between 6pm and 8am. Unfortunately I didn't look to see how much the fee was through the day.
