service generally ok during stay. room very expensive for the size (£100 per night double). left something in room when checked out. rang (3 times as promised return call never made) when i got home but this was never recovered!

Stayed for a wedding for 1 night in a standard double. Whilst the grounds and building itself is beautiful the standard rooms need updating, was quite disappointed with the room compared to it's settings.

Make sure you check that you have a booking at this hotel before you go. As mentioned in a previous review there are problems with their reservation system . I booked this stay for a select room for my husband's birthday. On arrival we were told that they had no booking for us

Are all 30 bedrooms included in the exclusivity fee?
Hi, Included in the exclusivity fee is the complimentary bridal suite. The other bedrooms then vary in rates depending on the type of room being occupied. Wedding Coordinator
