Excellent. Very friendly, excellent food, and warm - supercomfy - beds! There's a also a lovely warmth in the owners, and I wouldn't hesitate to go there again. This feels like somewhere you'd actually pay MUCH more for.

Had a warm welcome, bedrooms a little dated, bit like waking up in your grandparents house. En suite a bit tight but overall good. Excellent breakfast with good quality food. Good for a short stay. Check out weather spoons in sittingbourne too good food there.
