This property is clean and feather free - a must for me (asthmatic). The breakfasts have extra care with home-made items - lovely marmalade - ample and lots of choice with touches of luxury. Richard answered queries by email (phone contact didn't work). He was flexible about arrival time and also went the extra mile and provided plates and dining...

We booked The Warwick Guest House for an overnight stay & have to say, it is one of the nicest places I've stayed at. Excellent hosts, beautifully decorated spacious room topped off by a lovely breakfast. Highly recommended & a nice walk to Turner Contemporary museum.

Richard made sure my stay was perfect and even made me a pack-up in the morning as I had an early start. Room was perfectly furnished with a large bathroom and all you need from a Hotel or Guesthouse. Thank you.

Tradition and modernity are in perfect balance in this house. Our room was decorated with the quintessential British wall paper in pastel colours and charming restored furniture, yet we were able to enjoy our Spotify...

The reviews certainly do this B&B justice. I can't add much more. The host, Richard, is charming, relaxed and helpful. The bedroom (we were in the attic room), clean, spacious and quiet. The bed very comfy. The breakfast, just the right amount of high quality produce, well cooked. Free parking in the road and 20 mins walk into the old...

Coming to Margate for a two day stay and having read the superb reviews on TA, I had no hesitation in booking The Warwick. I arrived hours early and was greeted by Richard but the room was ready for me and I was staying in No.1 at the top of the first flight of stairs with spacious en suite bathroom....
