I've never been a fan of guest houses but the "Old Post Office" has made me change my view after last weekends stay. I had the loft with my 3 children and my parents took one of the other rooms. Lovely rooms, lots of space, clean, good views and a lovely owner. If you need to stay in Hythe in...

I throughly enjoyed my stay at The Old Post Office Guest House this month. The room was very spacious and clean. There was plenty of space in the bathroom and everything was very clean. Margaret, the owner was very pleasant and this added to my very enjoyable stay at this guest house.

The old post office provides outstanding accommodation. My double room, overlooking the High Street, was large, spotlessly clean, full of light and nicely furnished. The bed was very comfortable and every provision was made for the guests' comfort. Margaret, the owner, was very welcoming and made one feel at home immediately. This was my first visit to this guest house...

What a find this place was, an impressive building literally yards from the bus stop and carpark at the western end of Hythe High Street. Margaret was very welcoming and helpful. The top room was very spacious, and on the landing with its rocking horse and wicker chair was a spotless fridge and microwave, so by visiting any of 3...

Lovely Guesthouse. Spotlessly clean and very welcoming. Comfy bed and really good location, right at the end of the High Street. If you need somewhere reasonably priced in Hythe, then this is the place for you.

Loft room was spotless and Margaret could not have been more helpful ..... all in all probably one of the best B&b's we have ever stayed in...

We stayed in the loft room, which is large and comfy and was perfect for our needs. The fact you have your own fridge and microwave (and table to eat from) makes it perfect for a longer stay. Margaret couldn't have been more helpful, and I fell in love with Hythe and the surrounding area. Fantastic location, price and comfort...

We stayed at the Old Post office for one night as we were meeting family for an early Christmas dinner on the High Street. Margaret was very welcoming, ensuring we parked in the right spot and giving us the keys. The room was very comfortable with a nice TV and the DIY breakfast was brilliant. Orange juice, fruit, milk, croissants...
