We stayed on Friday night in a luxurious room which was spotless and warm with a very comfortable bed. There is no restaurant so we had dinner in the Henry VIII pub opposite the main castle entrance - nice food and large portions. Breakfast, in the castle annex, was very nice and there was a good selection of continental, cereals...

One night stay at this fab location, room was a dream & breakfast 5*, as it was out of season for the public, we were given a private tour of the castle & the history was amazing, as were the gardens. There was a small hiccup, but Nicola Ferguson the Assistant Manager sorted it out in a second & was...

I took my wife here to celebrate her 60th birthday and we both really enjoyed the visit. We stayed in the Greensleeves suite in the Anne Boleyn wing. The room is beautiful and the bathroom was extremely luxurious - the Molton Brown toiletries were a very nice touch. Even though the room feels like it is out of the historical...

Hi Tony, .... If I'm allowed to have favourites, Greensleeves is one of them! (all the bedrooms are so nice though, I tend to change my mind quite often!) There are not many bathrooms in England that offer a view of a 13th century Castle from a roll top bath, as Greensleeves does! I'm pleased to hear your issue was...

I stayed in the Astor Wing, the Daffodil room, for two nights for a friend's wedding. Everything about this place is fantastic. Each room is individually styled to perfection. I had a beautiful, comfortable four poster bed and a luxury bathroom with tub, open shower, heated floor tiles and towel rack. The breakfast each morning was sumptuous. So many choices,...

I stayed here overnight for a wedding that was held in the Astor Wing, with my husband and 5 month old daughter. The staff were very accommodating to my needs, making sure I had space for the buggy during the ceremony and that I had a private area to breastfeed without having to go all the way back to my...

We stayed here for my Husband's birthday in the Astor wing. The room was stunning, as was the bathroom, with Molton Brown toiletries. Beautiful big soft, comfy bed. There is no bar there but you can buy drinks from the reception desk. I think they mentioned they are planning something more for the future? You are allowed to access any...

Our room was not ready when we arrived, not a problem. We had our tickets to see the castle. Had a wonderful look around. Christmas and fairy tale decorations were magical. When we got into our room, it was very cold. Checked with the front desk, who came up to our room and informed us that somehow the heating was...

Thank you for your review. Christmas at Hever Castle is quite wonderful, I'm glad you got to experience the magic of the estate at this time of year. Bedrooms are guaranteed ready from 3pm however we do invite guests to arrive from midday when they can collect their complimentary tickets to the Castle and gardens. If rooms are ready before...

We stayed in the Astor Wing for a treat for our wedding anniversary on New Year's Day. The room was perfect, staff were attentive and friendly and breakfast was amazing. Entry to the castle and gardens was included and we made the most of that. The king Henry VIII pub is within walking distance and usually you can get an...

Thank you for your review. What a lovely way to celebrate your wedding anniversary! I'm pleased to hear that you had such a lovely stay. We do not have a restaurant for evening meals, which is why we are a Bed and Breakfast, however there are some wonderful places to go within the local area only a short drive away...

My sister visited Hever Castle at Christmas. It was simply the best time to stay. Christmas lights were everywhere and the shop was way too tempting with the decorations for sale. The Castle itself was decked out in Christmas trees and lights and looked absolutely gorgeous. At this time of year the gardens are dormant but lit up, they were...

Thank you for your review. I'm pleased to read that you got to experience the Anne Boleyn Wing on your last visit, both wings are equally as special as each other but it is nice to get an opportunity to try something different on a second visit, all our rooms are quite unique to each other and offer different features...

Having visited the castle for a car show in the summer, we decided to make a return visit and stop in the B&B just before Christmas. The surroundings are magnificent, with access to the castle grounds being included for all B&B guests, it is well worth taking time to wander the gardens and navigate the maze! Inside the B&B the...
