All you could wish for in a seaside B&B - nice tidy and clean room/bathroom. Very quiet apart from the seagulls, and a nice welcome. Breakfast was a treat and although I didn't have the full English, I'm sure it would satisfy most! I expect I'll be back in Herne Bay next year, so this will be my first choice....

Stayed at Evening Tide during Herne Bay Cartoon Festival and we really loved it; very friendly welcome and top notch breakfast in the morning! Guesthouse is opposite the iconic bandstand in Herne Bay and literally a minute's walk to the beach. You could not do better.

I had an excellent stay here. The house is situated nearby the coastroad. Seagulls are crying and give a maritime climate. The Room was very clean, also the bathroom , who is very small. The owner prepareud together with his wie an excellent breakfast, which is awesome.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Evening Tide. We had a nice seaview from our lovely clean and spacious room. The bathroom was also very clean and the breakfast was brilliant. Eric (the proprietor) takes some getting used to though but has a great sense of humour (often at the guest's expense!).

We stayed here, this time a party of four of us in two rooms. We had a warm welcome from the owners Eric and Colleen. The whole guest house is still as clean and comfortable, but with some nice touches such as flowers and chocolates in the rooms. We all had the cooked breakfast both days, which was every bit...

Just back from a couple of nights in the frozen South. Fortunately the warm welcome, fantastic hot shower and gourmet breakfasts offered at Eric and Colleen's made up for the rain and wind howling in from the North Sea. Lovely clean rooms and easy access to both of Herne Bay's vibrant night spots made Evening Tide an excellent choice. The...
