At first sight it is getting a little tired (carpets etc) but the proprietor, Debbie, is moving on some time. If you aren't stand-offish you will enjoy your stay - she is very lovely, chatty and informative and the communal breakfast table is a great ice-breaker. The room was extremely comfortable and clean with a good en-suite and tea/coffee stuff...

We spent two nights in "Mrs Waggetts' Room" at this b&b, which is a pretty building, very conveniently located for the sea front at Dymchurch. Debbie was very welcoming and helpful. By the time we left, it seemed that we had known each other for ages. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The shower and TV worked...

As far as B&Bs go, we thought this one was excellent. Our host (Debbie) allowed us to check in early and gave us a full run down of the dymchurch area. Cooked breakfast was served at 8.30-8.45am each day and the rooms are what you would expect to get at a "B&B".

Stayed for one night to go to a local event. The owner was very helpful showing us to the room and explaining how everything worked . We declined breakfast as we were shown the dining room and realised that it was a community affair which didn't suit us it was also a set time for everyone if was served early...

On arrival we were given a lovely room overlooking the garden. After going for a quick look at Dymchurch we went back to unpack and get ready to go out to eat. Debbie, who owns and runs the guest house met us and said she had received a cancellation and would we like to change room. The new room still...
