We stayed at Barclays Farmhouse for one night during the week of 20th May 2017. From booking to arrival Lynn was on the ball - keeping regular contact and booked dinner for us at a local pub/restaurant - which was wonderful. Lynn has thought of everything you may need during a stay away from home - it was quiet; clean;...

Lynn deserves to be praised for running a amazing B and B. The place is beautiful, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is of a very high standard and food allergies are taken seriously. The garden and grounds are lovely and certainly a venue for great wedding photos. Can certainly highly recommend to anyone.

We stayed for one night and note that many of Lynn's guests stay for longer. We can understand why. Lynn is devoted to her business. Nothing is too much trouble. She will even drive you to the local village pubs and restaurants so that you can enjoy a drink. The accommodation design decisions and furnishings have been done with attention...

Five nights at Barclay Farmhouse provided the perfect base to explore Kent. The double room, overlooking the back garden and farmer's fields, was comfortably spacious and spotless clean. Lynn was a charming hostess providing recommendations and reassurance for visits and restaurants. Breakfasts were a treat: fresh fruit and yogurt and a novel twist on a cooked breakfast each morning. Local...

The room was great with all that should be expected in a first first B&B. Breakfast was a game changer with cereal and/or fresh fruit as starters followed by a timbali of mushrooms, roasted vine tomatoes and a...

We very much enjoyed our 6 night stay with Lynn at Barclay Farmhouse, it really was home from home for comfort, with superb breakfasts thrown in. We had a lovely view from the bedroom window of the beautifully kept garden, in fact everything was of the highest standard. A cliché I know, but to say 'arrive a stranger, leave a...

Barclay Farmhouse is outstanding. Lynn's hospitality, enthusiasm and extraordinary attention to detail make for a really memorable stay; a great place in an ideal location. World famous gardens, lots of other interesting places to visit nearby and a Michelin starred restaurant just down the road for dinner all add to the appeal. Highly recommended.
