This is a great place. The place is really well looked after and Annie is wonderful. Yesterday we arrived am for a meeting, she let us leave our bags then gave us a lift to Whippingham area to our meeting and today let us leave our bags again while we went to Ryde so we didn't have to take them...

We stayed only one night at Annie's, as we were in East Cowes for a private occasion. My husband has mobility issues and Annie couldn't have been more helpful, moving her car off the drive for us, carrying our case, assuring that we were happy with our room. Our room was delightful, well appointed with a good view of the...

We stayed at Annie's B&B during Cowes Week, and had a beautiful room with fantastic views over East and West Cowes and the Solent. The room was quite big, and the en suite bathroom marvelous. Annie is a very considerate host, makes you feel at home instantly, seems to know everything there is to know about Cowes, and last but...

Two families stayed here and we had a fabulous long weekend. Annie helped book our ferry too! The breakfasts are 5* with a huge range and Annie makes every effort to ensure it is beautifully presented and cooked. On our return each day the rooms are cared for like a hotel. The shower is great too! Thoroughly recommend a stay...

I was lucky enough to have the best room in the house (room 8) compete with harbour views and a king sized bed. Every little detail at Annie's is thought out with care. The breakfast was gorgeous and so many options! I can't recommend this place enough! I'm a bit of a clean freak too so this place was so...

We stay at Annie's twice a year and it's always brilliant. Annie is a pleasure to deal with and extremely helpful. The rooms are great with everything you need. The hotel location is great for the ferry, approx 2 minutes away. Recommend this fabulous b&b to all and looking forward to our next visit

We booked here for the IOW festival and we are so glad we did. Our host Annie was friendly and helpful and she runs a very very good B&B offering 4 exceptionally clean, comfortable and quiet rooms in her beautiful home. The breakfast was of a superior quality, delicious and plentiful which kept us going all day. It is also...

I stayed here for an extended period of time and every day was great. Annie, Nick and the staff are very welcoming and provide a great service to make you feel at home. The breakfasts are superb; fresh mixed fruit each morning and a hot breakfast of your choice. Freshly decorated rooms with new en-suites and the cleaning staff do...

One night stay, room and breakfast were excellent. Room looked out on to back garden and was very quiet, breakfast was yummy and the host was a nice lady, would recommend. It's a short stroll to the waterfront but the main area of Cowes is over the chain ferry which is very quaint.

Thank Jacquie B

Annie's B&B in East Cowes is a beautiful Victorian house, peacefully located near the sea and Osborne House, with some stunning views and generous, mouth watering breakfasts. There are four en-suite guest rooms - two doubles, a twin and a triple and each has a modern TV, refreshment tray and free WIFI. The front rooms boast views towards Cowes Harbour and the rear mostly show gardens. At under a half mile not only from the East Cowes Ferry Terminal but also from the floating bridge to West Cowes, Annie's is also well situated for many pubs and restaurants.
