Very welcoming and friendly. Gave us map of Ringwood and recommended plenty of places to visit. Nice clean room, comfortable bed and good choice of breakfast. Location very useful for exploring the area. We visited The Tank Museum, Beaulieu, New Forest, Lulworth Cove and Bournemouth.

I stayed here last night as my organisation usually books the Premier Inn or Travelodge when we travel to Ringwood but both were full- a blessing in disguise! There is no substitute for excellent customer service which this place got absolutely spot on- very friendly welcome and very well kept room- I've recommended we use the Moortown Lodge in future... We stayed for a 2 night break early April. The owners Les & Jackie welcomed us when we arrived, and we were shown to Room 1 (standard room), which is upstairs and the bedroom overlooks the back of the building, with the shower room overlooking the car park at the side. Beautifully clean and well presented. Good range of beverages... More
